80:20 Communications (www.8020comms.com) is a thriving PR consultancy specialising in the aviation, travel and transport industries. We work with an exciting range of blue-chip clients and have particular strengths in corporate/B2B communications.
As part of our ongoing growth, we have a superb opportunity for an account executive or senior account executive to become the latest addition to our team.
Reporting to an account director, you will work with clients in sectors such as private aviation, aircraft manufacturing and business travel technology. You will help us build and manage clients’ reputations through trade and national media relations, press release writing, article writing, thought leadership and trade show PR.
You must be a talented and precise writer, with excellent research skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics. You must enjoy the cut and thrust of media relations and be ambitious to achieve outstanding results.
You will need two years’-plus PR experience, including B2B work, gained in an agency or
in-house department. Candidates with a background in business journalism will also be considered.
