Under Jim’s leadership from 2015 to 2024, Fleishman Hillard moved from a second-tier position in the London large agency market to becoming a multi-award-winning, high-growth agency with an enviable client roster. Jim played a pivotal role in the agency’s growth and its becoming an employer of choice in the UK PR industry. Previously, he held senior international roles at Weber Shandwick and at Hill + Knowlton, where he led its operations in the Middle East. Jim was also chair of the world largest PR industry association – the PRCA – from 2018 to 2020.
Jim acts as a strategic adviser to 8020’s senior management team and a CEO-level adviser to our largest clients. With a background in corporate reputation, Jim has advised government ministers, CEOs and other C-suite executives around the world on a wide range of communications issues.
